The 20th RIEC International Workshop on Spintronis was held as a part of the 7th Symposium for the Core Research Clusters for Materials Science and Spintronics and the 6th Symposium on International Joint Graduate Program in Materials Science and Spintronics.
61 oral presentations and 91 poster presentations were given and the number of total participants were 292.
Prof. Ohno (President of Tohoku University) received an honorary doctorate from the University of Warsaw. The ceremony took place on 13th November in Warsaw, where Prof. Fukami also attended.
